We perceive these times notice heavy. The go up in attacks on the LGBTQ+ society and the decrease of the committed lifeline for Gay youth can perceive like yet another blow to our community, but even when resources change, you are never alone.

There are still support systems out there, ready to listen, uplift, and help you guard your mental health. If you're struggling, please reach out for help and never forget that you are loved, you are seen, and your mental well-being matters.
Even without LGBTQ+-specific support on the lifeline, aide is still out there. You don't have to navigate your mental health alone; there are resources available that can offer guidance, care, and connection. Butterfly Talks is space to build friendships and a sense of community for LGBTQ+ people of marginalized genders including women, nonbinary friends, and trans men. This includes those that are questionings, multiple gender loving, asexual, or ANY label under the LGBTQ+ umbrella.
